The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to a U-Bahn station and right next to the tram stop. This makes it easy to explore the city and get around. The rooms are clean, spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a modern design. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering special coffees and providing recommendations for food orders.
Communication with the staff could be improved, as there were delays in responding to emails and phone calls.
